Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of downstream application scenarios and optimization of application technology for the company's plastic, modified, and special material products, exploring new applications, new markets, and new customer segments for the products, and expanding the market application boundaries of the products.

2. Connect with downstream end-user R&D and technical teams, provide material application solutions based on customer product development needs, and cooperate with customers to complete material selection, testing, sample preparation, and mass production verification.

3. Conduct technical optimization targeting the pain points of existing product applications, collaborate with the R&D department to adjust formulas and processes, enhance product adaptability, and meet the application needs of different industries and scenarios.

4. Track the application technologies, new processes, and emerging trends of new materials in the industry, and develop innovative application solutions based on the unique characteristics of our company's products, in order to create core application advantages for our products.

5. Organize product application cases, application technical parameters, and test reports, establish a technical system for product applications, and provide technical support for market promotion and customer engagement.

6. Assist the sales team in capturing high-end customers and new projects, solving technical challenges encountered by customers during application, and facilitating the implementation and cooperation of new projects and applications.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in polymer materials, materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, mold design and manufacturing, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in plastic material application development, technical services, and formula research and development.

2. Proficient in the application performance and suitable scenarios of various modified plastics, ABS, and specialty materials, and familiar with material application standards in downstream industries such as home appliances, auto parts, electronics, and new energy.

3. Possess independent capabilities in product application testing, solution debugging, and problem troubleshooting, and be able to accurately solve customer material application technical issues.

4. Possess excellent technical communication and proposal presentation skills, and be able to collaborate with client technical teams to complete project development and implementation.

5. Rigorous and meticulous, with strong innovation ability, possessing a strong spirit of technical research and market application thinking. Candidates with successful cases of application development in related industries are preferred.
